The agreement
By using this website or the client portal you accept these terms. If you are here on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company too. Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements; where those differ from this page, the signed agreement wins.
The site
The site presents the studio and its work. We may change, pause or retire any part of it at any time. We aim to keep it accurate and available but promise neither.
The portal
Portal accounts are created by the studio, by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for what happens under your account. We may suspend access to protect the portal, its content or other users.
Ownership
The name miis., this site, its design and its content belong to the studio or its licensors. Work shown remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse any of it without written permission.
Liability
The site and portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes belong to the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
