Who we are
miis. is a campaign studio operating from Amsterdam and Vilnius. This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this site, write to us, or use the client portal, and why.
What we collect
When you write to us we receive what you send: your name, email address and the content of your message. When the studio opens a portal account for you we hold your email, name and profile details. The site also collects standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location and device type.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, to run the client portal, to keep the site working and secure, and to understand how it is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who touches it
Trusted service providers that host the site, store portal data and provide analytics, each bound by their own data agreements. Nothing is shared beyond what running the site and the portal requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation stays relevant. Portal accounts are kept while the engagement lasts and removed on request afterwards. Analytics data is retained per the provider's standard schedule.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will handle it. If you are in the EU, these rights are the ones the GDPR grants you.
